Edgemoore Homes was awarded the prestigious Summit Award for Outstanding Customer Service and Buyer Satisfaction from Professional Warranty Corporation (PWC).

“The Summit Award is presented to those companies that have demonstrated the highest level of customer satisfaction over time,” says Langford, “and Edgemoore Homes unquestionably meets that standard. For nearly 10 years Edgemoore enrolled hundreds of homes in our program, we have heard from less than 1% of their homebuyers, and there have been zero claims. This outstanding ability to satisfy is prevalent throughout the entire company.”The Summit Award is the latest honor bestowed on this luxury home builder. Edgemoore has won countless industry awards for architecture and style. Homebuyers get the full package with Edgemoore Homes

PWC is a ten-year insured warranty program that is provided on all Edgemoore homes. The PWC program is insured by a member company of Zurich U.S., an A.M. Best A rated insurance carrier.

The insured warranty program provides the basis for establishing the buyer-builder relationship by stating performance standards for warranty work, if necessary, during the first two years after closing and is insured for the buyer that the work will be completed to the level of the stated performance standards. The insurer assumes the builder’s liability for the structure during years three through ten. Low cost binding arbitration is available throughout the ten-year term of the warranty to resolve any disputes under the warranty.
